Yes, it is all very well to be aware of having Ascension symptoms or Lightbody Distortions when really what is it; but resistance to allowing ourselves to come to the next level of LIGHT!

When we resist, and we may not consciously think we are resisting, and Ahhhh (breathe out)….. there is the rub, our subconscious is holding onto the dark places where we are unable to allow ourselves to be fully in the LIGHT.

Why may you ask do we do that?

Our cells hold all memory from distant times and we remember that we have moved through this process many times before.  It may have been a painful experience, and so we go into the fear of believeing that it will be so again.   The body memory kicks in again to fear.

So is thinking that Ascensions or Lightbody symptoms exist, is this just another way where we can blame an outside force that is making something happen outside of ourselves and thereby choosing to be in victim consciousness.

ALL PAIN IS AN ABSENCE OF LOVE

Breathe into the pain and affirm “I release the need to hold this pain within my cells from my consciousness”  Breathe out through your skin and send the pain outwards.  Keep the breath working this way untill the pain disappears.

Remember when we feel pain, our body automatically contracts, thereby holding the pain within.  With conscious breathing and releasing in this very simple manner, the pain lifts and moves.

Be true to ourselves and find out what is the distorsion in our minds and subconscious mind, that has created the pain and resistance to LOVE & LIGHT.

More and more modern technology is encroaching on our daily lives.   I believe we are being challenged to find a balance in how, when and why we use this new technology.

Since the introduction of the mobile phone, the internet and recently the iphone, where the two concepts are joined together;  I question how much of this has become a diversion for the modern up-to-date person.  

The computer phone has the potential to interfere in the structuring of quality downtime for each of us.  It is so easy to become addicted to the use of these tools and to become out of balance with self and our spiritual nature.

Over use can create and magnify a loss of peace and harmony.  It does however; depend on how you use them, especially when in social interaction with other people.  If you allow them, they will create distraction from quality interaction with others. This distraction negates the reasons for engaging with those people in the first place.

To gift another with your presence and mindful listening is to gift yourself and the other with the potential of heart filled resonance.

Don’t get me wrong, these tools are wonderful and have connected us to a global environment.  They speed up business and productivity.  They allow people of like-mindedness to find each other and connect and interact, no longer feeling alone and isolated. But I seriously question how the constant receiving of input from outside influences has on our spiritual, mental and emotional health.  How do they impact on our ability to stay in presence?

It calls us to implement self-discipline and to decide whether we value ourselves and the relationships we have with others.  And choose to turn them off.  Choose to give quality time to ourselves and others. Consciously decide when and how much we use these tools? Are they yet another distraction or smoke screen which stops us from going within; to acknowledge our challenges and to love ourselves.

I write this article following a period where I was addicted to turning on the computer as soon as I woke up.   This went on daily for several weeks. Waking up at four o’clock in the morning, I was compelled to switch on the computer and work straight through for five or six hours until I was exhausted. Often I forgot to eat breakfast.   I drove myself to achieve very specific goals.  I was hooked into the computer and felt its pull as I walked past it when I tried not to go there straight away.  This addiction created an imbalance for me.  Subsequently I was ill for several weeks and I thank my body for stopping me in my tracks.

More and more those of us who tread a spiritual path are challenged by outside influences and how to remain in conscious balance. How do we walk in the third dimension and retain a heart vibration as we move towards the fifth dimension?

 My computer addiction was a result of the need to go out into the world based upon new learning.  I swung between the masculine aspect of DOING and the feminine receptive aspect of BEING and receiving.   I believe that the ability to do both is part of the new vibration we are to hold in the future as the Earth becomes fifth dimensional.  Unity and Oneness is a whole brain activity.  Slowly we are building the bridge between the brain hemispheres which enable unity consciousness.

Through tipping out of balance and now searching what balance means for me, I came to understand that I am committed to achieve a whole brain balanced activity.  I am here to learn how to maintain presence with the vibration of the Divine Feminine at the same time as consciously engaging in the physical world.

Continue in this way naming every part of your body and the function it performs.

I am grateful for the birds that wake me in the morning with their beautiful joyous songs.  I thank them for lightening my day.

I am grateful for the ocean that surges upon the sand. etc.

Through the practice of gratitude, we return to a heart centeredness and take the pressure off ourselves for those things that haven’t worked out and a profound shift occurs.  To live a life in gratitude is a conscious choice.

Well here we are at the beginning of 2012 at this auspicious time spoken of and debated by so many.  A time believed by some to be the end of the world, an apocalypse.  Others believe that the end of the Mayan Calendar indicates the end of times as we know it and the beginning of the New Earth reality.   A quantum reality shift vibrating the planet into the 5^th Dimension of LOVE and heralding in the Golden Age of Peace.

However, this date has been a pivotal focal point for millions of light workers around the globe for years. Who have diligently worked towards this time believing in the possibility of the Earth’s ascension.  They have assisted the planet by gathering together in groups large and small to consciously ground and anchor light  in to the grid and  our beloved Earth.

Through consistent meditation in sacred circles in their homes or at ancient power sites, light workers have quietly dreamed in the new reality; each time drawing us closer to manifest the New Earth.  Thank you, to the people of the Earth; thank you to all who believed that every moment counted.

What is understood by most is that we are going into a time which the planet has never been through previously and even with all the prophecies, we don’t really know what is about to occur.  There are no reference points.  There is however, the potential for vast greatness of creation of the new to come into harmony with the Gaia, Mother Earth.  For the people of the Earth to bring new inventions forward which work with the energy of the planet rather than stripping her of her rich resources.

So with all of this discussion, what is there for us as individuals to do?

• DO nothing only BE in each moment.

• Live in the NOW without expectation of outcomes

• Hold oneself consciously in a state of LOVE.

• Practice acts of kindness and gifts of love.

  This is calling us to recognize, understand and accept the Divinity within ourselves and to move from density to light, to fully believe in our inherent connection to SOURCE and in ourselves as LIGHT BEARERS.  We are the essential part of the equation for planet Earth.  We are the conduits for the vibration of LIGHT to be anchored deep into our Earth’s core. Without humans, the Earth would not be transcending. 
  
  In the book “Power vs Force” David Hawkins tested and created a scale of vibration and consciousness from 0 to 700.  At the top level 500 and above is LOVE  up to 700 that being of an Ascended master.  At the bottom 35, is the vibration of guilt and shame.

  This scale of consciousness helped me to understand that when I was clearing my wounding issues (where I was unable to contribute to the world in the physical) I was moving up the scale into forgiveness and surrender contributing in a very big way.As each one of us is an integral part and as we raise our consciousness and become heart centered, we carry and anchor more light thereby bringing positive balance to the energies of the planet. 

  One person sitting in meditation and being in light balances thousands of humans who are going through their daily lives with negative thoughts.  One ascended master vibrating at 500 which is LOVE and above to 700 balances the negative vibration of millions.

  So every time you sit quietly and connect to your heart flames and up to the light and down into the earth, you are in service to the whole and this is the best mission of all.
  One of the hardest things for each of us to achieve on a daily basis is to stay in heart centeredness and not get caught up in the chaos, fear and negative occurrences of the world and our own negative patterning.

  My role as a Soul Healer through the sounds and ancient songs of the Goddess is to align humans to their Soul – so they can heal their Soul and follow their Soul’s path.  To pay attention and receive from your Soul is your empowerment. And can be achieved when you move beyond your Ego and surrender to your Soul and the Divinity within. When you follow a compulsion to do something without knowing why and build relationship with your Soul by following your intuition with all the small signals and synchronicities, you begin to realize there is a Divine plan in action.

When I was first told by a psychic that I would be a Spirit medium, or a channel, I was so surprised I felt like I did a double backwards somersault and it was weeks before I centered again from hearing this information.

But I set out to find out what being a Medium was all about and attended a weekend workshop on medium-ship.  

I learnt there is full trance and semi trance medium-ship and several other variations in between and was able to see the teacher – Doug Osbourne give a demonstration of full trance medium-ship with his Spirit Guide, Black Hawk at a Spiritual Church on a Sunday evening gathering.

This experience was memorable, as I watched him transform into a different body stance and channel through him a completely different voice and entity.  Doug Osbourne and Black Hawk wrote a book together called the ‘Return of the Rainbow Warrior.’  Later in a personal session with Doug, I was told that I am a rainbow warrior; one of the ones who are here to prepare the way for the future of the planet.  We are the Wayshowers for the next generation of leaders.

Fifteen years later after a lot of personal spiritual development, I became the channel that was predicted; but in a way that surpassed my  understanding of possibility or dreaming.

At that time the return of the Goddess was unknown.  We were still getting in touch with our Higher Selves.  Where as now we are getting into alignment with our Soul and our mission for this time frame.  Many are being prepared for the New Earth.  There is a timing for all – Spirit time.   Are you one of the next group to take our planet forward?

At 11 minutes past 11 on the 11th of the 11th 2011 humanity will experience the beginning of the end and the beginning of a new beginning! For at this precise moment in time a gateway, a portal deep within the heart of that black hole which exists within the centre of your galaxy will open, synchronizing with the opening of a new chakra found within the earth and within all on earth. This portal, this new chakra will be called the Sha Sani centre, the gateway within the galaxy and within humanity and the earth bearing the same name. It will lead to the realm of true creation, the realm of original magick, the voidal realm from whence even the Divine was born and enable men and women alike to access this powerful energy that they might in time apply it to the recreation of their reality and world. For the galactic cycle is ending and everything that has been, all the false ancient laws and understanding both scientific and religious are coming to an end leading to a new time of unification, global truth and acceptance and recreation where the world will be reformed in accordance with the will of the people as apposed to the will of the few. The power of original magick, of creation being used to write new rules, new beliefs and manifestations as this power was used in the very beginning by the Divine when the universe was first made but now that pleasure, that responsibility – for this world at least – falling to humankind rather than their creator.

At 11 minutes past 11 then wherever you might be you would be advised to take a moment to pause and bring your focus to your stomach region, the Sha Sani centre is to be envisioned as a cloud of brilliant cinnabar red stars encapsulating both the sacral and the solar plexus centres which the energy of new creation will feed. Hold your focus here for a few minutes allowing the centre to expand, to bloom and blossom and anchor and align with the portal at the centre of your galaxy once this is done ground yourselves and return to your day. In time further instruction will be given regarding how this chakra might be used in conjunction with the quantum field but for this time it is enough to simply anchor and align this powerful new vortex within the system.

Needless to say there is no mistake or coincidence with this opening occurring on the same day that many people will be pausing at this time to remember in silence those who have fallen in battle in the past years. This silence, this moment of contemplation here being used to accomplish on a deeper level this anchoring and of course it is also not coincidental that this new portal has a poppy like quality to it, the subliminal impression of this flower being used to further anchor the presence of this force on Earth. Of course such remembrance is not observed throughout the world but this will not harm the awakening of the portal in other places and in other people it is just that, what with England holding the Earth’s heart centre – a VERY important chakra in regards to the Earth’s transformation – it is particularly important that the portal is consciously accepted here. In other places at other times those who have not consciously or unconsciously acknowledged the receipt of this centre will be given other opportunities to do so.

Go ever forwards then and take this message with you, into your hearts, into your minds and use it wisely and well. This is a powerful opportunity to become part of a powerful process of change that will ultimately be for the greater good of all. Know then that we – the spiritual hierarchy – the masters and angels of light will be with you ever and always, watching and guiding you as you embark on this exciting and powerful journey of recreation!

Divine Changemakers: Maximize the 11/11 Gateway

You as a divine changemaker are alive now to do great things that could not have been done before. These things are not ordinary; they can only be done by someone with an extraordinary mindset and a light-filled consciousness.

To do something outside of the conventional norm involves courage, persistence,  and taking action on what you say you believe in. Divine changemakers learn to do this. You are learning to do this, despite the world’s chaos and uncertainty.  At the core of your being, you are not uncertain. You trust that you are guided each step of the way.

You are being guided right now, as you read these words, to prepare for and take advantage of key energetic gateways occurring during Earth’s pivotal years. One of those gateways occurs this Friday on 11/11. On that date a unique gateway will be available, providing a beneficial opening of expanded potential and divine grace.The spiritual energies of such gateways cannot be measured with a linear yardstick- they are vast and boundless. Possibilities for shifting your life into a higher frequency are greatly magnified.

How can you maximize the potency of the 11/11 gateway?

First, become conscious that the gateway energies exist, staying present in your life in the days leading up to and following a gateway opening. If you’re not already feeling it, the energies impacting you and everyone you love are getting more potent this week with the full moon Thursday and the 11/11 gateway opening Friday. This is how you create powerfully, regardless of whether you’re experiencing a gateway or another energy.

Fifth, remember that you live in a very potent time. An energy of awakening is building and there are gateways like 11/11 allowing quantum shifting. No matter what day it is, don’t wait to do the amazing things only you can do. Don’t wait to offer your help to others who need what you can give. Don’t wait to shine your beautiful light. The time is now.

Consciously breathe as you open to the energy hovering above your head and gently, again I repeat gently bring the energy down through your crown and down into your heart.  Please spend some time there to mix the energy in your heart and soul matrix.

To do this, place yourself inside the Greater Diamond of the template of ONENESS with the centre of the Diamond at your Heart level. We wish to point out the Solfeggio 528 Hz tone of Love, Miracles and Transformation vibrates to the ancient musical scale of “C” and in your current culture is the closest of the diatonic scale of C that has a frequency of 512 Hz. They are not the same but the closest that you have today to compare. The frequencies of the Solfeggio tones carry the direct power of God’s instant divine healing and creation.

How did the Solfeggio Frequencies get lost?

Just as many of your sacred texts have been changed and kept secret to keep you from having the holy power of God and the universe, so was the original musical scale of Creation. This was done so that the general population would be denied access to their true birthright – the divine original blueprint.
