Welcome to this meditation which assists you to embody your Soul.  firstly ground yourself and connect to Mother Earth and Father Sky. Then follow a unique guided meditation where you imagine your soul as an orb of light within a vehicle which assists you to slowly bring the vehicle down through the central pillar of your body and gently merge and expand your soul’s light with your chakras.

This meditation  expands the light within you, assisting you to have a wider and more expanded pillar of light within your physical body where your soul light expands and resides within every cell.
