The Song of Love is one of a series of songs in my Mary Magdalene series. The love that she brings to all that reside upon the planet is exquisite and profound.
Mary invites us all to love ourselves unconditionally and to gift that love to others. In this environment, we have many unresolved aspects of our lives that move us away from these simple ideas. Forgiveness for self and for others creates enormous possibilities for change. Forgiveness creates total acceptance of everything.
Where is your life do you create pressure for yourself because you may not be perfect in how you look, act or communicate with others? Sometimes forgiving ourselves or others is extremely difficult. I learnt the below affirmation from Louise Hay in her book, You Can Heal your Life. Being willing to, opens the door to possibilities. When your heart is hard and you don’t feel you can forgive yourself or another, creates the crack for light to enter.
I am willing to forgive myself for ……………… for I was doing the best I could at the time with the knowledge and information I had at the time.
Before you listen to the above song, take a few moments to write down some of the ways you find difficult to forgive yourself, love yourself, or to give forgiveness to another person, whether they are alive or passed to the other side.
Put yourself into a comfortable position either sitting or lying down. Play the above song and say the above affirmation and add in the statements that resonate for you.
NB. The best quality for sound is achieved when you use earbuds or headphones.
